Why We Exist
The South African Deeds Office registration process is a cornerstone of our property system — but its 6–12 week timeline creates a liquidity gap that affects thousands of property sellers every year. People who have sold their home, signed an unconditional agreement, and have confirmed equity — yet cannot access a single rand of it.
Traditional banks take 2–4 weeks to assess and approve bridging facilities — if they approve them at all. AMFinance was founded to solve this problem: deploying institutional-grade capital in 24–48 hours, with absolute transparency and full regulatory compliance.
"We believe that confirmed equity is real money — and its owner shouldn't have to wait weeks to access it."
